• Recruits PTSA members, builds community and drives awareness of PTSA values
• Coordination of Fall membership campaign (Colt Corral) & kick-off event, including campaign goals, promotion, and engagement; Activity utilizes VP's to showcase their needs, informational guides etc.
• Enrolls members in WSPTA web-based system
• Welcomes new families to Horace Mann
• 3-5 hours per month

• Lead point with three PTSA members who evaluate candidates for & put forth a slate for Board positions.

Art Night Co-Chairs

• Coordinates with the Art VP & Events VP to set the joint event
• Work with the chairs to ensure the hallways are full of kids art.

Art Supply Co-Chairs

• Monthly inventory of basic art room supplies, and placing orders
• Calculating expenditures, and keeping supplies organized

Artist In Residence Co-Chairs

• Forming a committee and securing a local artist
• Creating a legacy project for school with 4th & 5th graders

Kiln Chair

• Ensures the PTSA supports school safety and emergency readiness initiatives
• Coordinates with school administration on emergency preparedness planning

• Supports underserved students through scholarships and resources
